I’m an HCPC registered Consultant Clinical Psychologist and a recovering overthinker myself. I created the Spiral Rescue Kit because knowing how to calm your mind and step back from anxious thoughts isn’t always the issue. Often, it’s remembering how when your mind is swept up in anxious overthinking spirals.
